Hume Health Corp wants humepod.uk and the Hume Health app to work well for everyone, including people navigating the site with assistive technology. Here's where things stand, and how to flag anything that isn't working.

What We're Aiming For

Our target is WCAG 2.1, Level AA, across humepod.uk. In practice, that means things like:

• Alt text that actually describes informative images, rather than empty decoration.
• Colour contrast between text and background that stays legible sitewide.
• Complete keyboard navigation across menus, the mobile nav, and interactive bits like the FAQ accordion.
• Structured markup and ARIA roles so screen readers call out headings, buttons, and page regions accurately.
• Page layouts that don't fall apart when text is resized or the browser is zoomed in.

A Moving Target, Not A Checklist

We don't treat this as something to finish once — the site changes, and so does our accessibility work. If you run into a wall anywhere on humepod.uk or in the app, we'd genuinely like to know.

Reporting an Issue

If assistive technology trips up anywhere on humepod.uk, we want to hear about it. It helps if you can include:

• Which page or app screen it happened on
• A short description of what went wrong
• What assistive technology, browser, or device you were using

We review accessibility reports promptly, and anything blocking someone from browsing, learning about, or buying the product jumps to the front of the queue.

Where Our Control Ends

Parts of humepod.uk — checkout, for instance — run on third-party services. We choose vendors that take accessibility seriously, but we can't fully control how they build their own components. If you hit a problem in one of those, tell us anyway; we'll push the vendor or find another way to get you through.
